Using your files
You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to process, convert or publish files using ToolsNest. You retain your rights to your own content. ToolsNest does not claim ownership of the images, media or documents you choose to edit.
Save originals and check exports
Keep a copy of important original files. Image compression can reduce quality or increase file size depending on your settings. Some PDF, OCR, video and creative-editor operations may not preserve every original feature or produce results compatible with every application. Always review exported files before sharing them.
Browser limitations
Features depend on your browser, device performance, available storage, file format, and sometimes a network connection for third-party libraries. Large media or 8K exports can fail even if a setting appears in the interface. Browser drafts are not guaranteed backups; save a downloadable project file where available.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to process content you lack permission to use, violate applicable laws, attack the service, or interfere with others' access. ToolsNest may update, discontinue or change features.
Third-party services
The website may rely on hosting, content delivery networks and browser APIs operated by others. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their services and policies are outside the direct control of ToolsNest.
No warranty
ToolsNest is offered on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every conversion, effect, export or draft will succeed or be uninterrupted. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
